You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used. Categories include: account registration data, subscription and payment information managed by Stripe, case tracking data, saved judges and observations, and usage analytics.
You have the right to access your personal data at any time. To download a copy, go to Settings, then Data Export. The export is available immediately in machine-readable JSON format.
You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data. Update most fields directly from Settings, then Account. For corrections you cannot make yourself, contact privacy@californiacourtintel.com.
You have the right to delete your personal data. Contact privacy@californiacourtintel.com with the subject line CCPA Deletion Request. Deletion is completed within 30 days. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
