Hearing alerts ensure you never miss a tentative ruling or last-minute docket change. CaliforniaCourtIntel supports email alerts, browser push notifications, and in-app notifications.
To create your first alert, navigate to a judge profile and click the bell icon in the top-right corner. A quick-setup modal will appear. Choose whether you want to track tentative rulings for all hearings before this judge, or only for specific cases in your case tracker.
For more granular control, go to Settings, then Notifications. Here you can configure the timing and type of every alert the platform sends. The Morning Court Brief toggle controls whether you receive a pre-hearing briefing email on days you have scheduled hearings.
If a court posts tentative rulings but CaliforniaCourtIntel is not yet scraping that specific court, you will see a message on the judge profile. Click Request coverage to add that court to our scraper queue.
You can manage and pause all alerts from the Alerts section of your dashboard. Paused alerts resume automatically on a date you specify.
